Reset-aware CVD line and candles, bar-delta histogram, zero line, reset tint, Neutral background, a Pressure line rescaled into the recent CVD range, and a ledger for Engine, Volume, State, Fingerprint, Agreement and Effort/Resp.
FreeOpen sourcePine Script v6
Build reset-aware cumulative volume delta with selectable delta engines, then organize bar delta, CVD, a -100 to +100 Pressure Score, price-flow Agreement and Effort/Response in one ledger.
Auto intrabar attempts lower-timeframe volume delta and falls back to Tick-rule when unavailable. Intrabar CVD, Tick-rule and CLV range-weighted are selectable, but approximate engines do not reconstruct true bid/ask aggressor flow or an order book.
Reset-aware CVD line and candles, bar-delta histogram, zero line, reset tint, Neutral background, a Pressure line rescaled into the recent CVD range, and a ledger for Engine, Volume, State, Fingerprint, Agreement and Effort/Resp.
CVD slope, delta share, CVD Z-score and prior-state persistence form a weighted Pressure Score clamped to -100 through +100. Enter and release thresholds plus hysteresis maintain Positive, Negative and Neutral states. Rolling normalization history continues across resets.
Intrabar uses official lower-timeframe delta, Tick-rule uses bar direction and recent close change, and CLV weights volume by close location. Fallback is reported in the ledger.
Slope, delta share, Z-score and prior-state persistence are weighted together. The result is not probability or a trade signal.
Normalized price slope times normalized CVD slope identifies mismatch, while absolute delta versus average volume and price change versus ATR classify effort and response.
Add the public script to a chart and identify every drawing in the default configuration first. Change only one input at a time.
Open the public CVD Pressure Ledger – Cumulative Volume Delta Flow page and add it to a TradingView chart. No SG Group account is required.
Overlapping lines, bands, backgrounds or tables can be duplicate drawings of the same kind of information. Never treat visual overlap by itself as stronger evidence or signal agreement. Another CVD, Volume Delta, delta histogram or order-flow-style oscillator can duplicate the CVD line, candles, histogram, zero line, backgrounds and table. The Pressure plot is also rescaled into CVD coordinates and must not be mistaken for another CVD value.
Do not turn one value or color into a conclusion. Check the condition, persistence and relationship to price in order.
Read Intrabar, Tick-rule, CLV or Auto->Tick together with Available or Unavailable / flat CVD before interpreting flow.
The plotted Pressure line is rescaled into the CVD range. Use the ledger or Data Window for the actual -100 to +100 value.
Positive/Negative/Neutral, price-flow mismatch and High effort / muted response are related but different descriptions, not one trade direction.
Lower-timeframe volume delta / bar-direction estimate / close-location estimate.
Intrabar data was unavailable and processing fell back to Tick-rule.
Volume available / zero or unavailable now / unavailable with flat CVD.
Hysteresis state of Pressure Score, not trade direction or probability.
A mismatch context between price slope and CVD slope.
Example fingerprint for pressure polarity, Z bucket, response, state age and expanding mismatch.
The labels below match the published script’s English Inputs panel. Defaults reflect the public source at the time of review and may change in a later TradingView update.

Alerts are state, touch or transition events defined in the public source. They are not trade instructions.
This tool is for analysis and visualization. It is not investment advice, a trade recommendation, a forecast, or a promise of profit or accuracy. Results depend on inputs, symbol, timeframe, and data feed. You remain responsible for every trading decision.
Tick-rule and CLV are bar-based estimates. They do not reconstruct bid/ask trades, a footprint, an order book or true aggressor side.
Lower-timeframe history and precision depend on symbol, exchange, feed, TradingView plan and selected LTF. Auto can fall back.
FX or CFD feeds may use tick volume; absent volume can leave CVD flat. Plots can update until the realtime bar closes.
Bar delta, CVD, Pressure, Agreement and Fingerprint derive from the same price and volume series. Do not count them as independent signals. Positive or mismatch does not provide an entry, exit, target or stop.
Clarify delta engines, fallback, Pressure scaling and volume constraints.
Yes. It is a free, open-source indicator published by SG Group on TradingView. Review TradingView’s terms and the conditions attached to the public script before reuse or redistribution.
Start with the published defaults and observe the drawings and state changes first. Then change one input at a time for the symbol, timeframe and data feed so you can identify what caused each visual change.
Yes, but similar lines, bands, backgrounds and tables can overlap and obscure their source. Isolate each indicator first and hide duplicate components. Visual overlap alone is not stronger evidence or signal agreement.
No. It is analysis and visualization context consistent with the public description. It does not provide entries, exits, targets, stops, price forecasts, or promises of profit, win rate or accuracy.
No. It is rescaled into the recent CVD range for display. Read the actual score in the ledger or Data Window.
This guide is grounded in SG Group’s live catalogue, the script’s published TradingView description, and the user-facing inputs in its open source. Labels and defaults can change after a script update.
