Changing plans
A change between paid plans is treated as a new subscription to the target plan and triggers a new charge. No prorated refund, offset or credit is applied for the unused period.
Cancellation
Cancelling incurs no additional charge. No prorated refund, offset or credit for the unused period — but you can generally use the plan’s features until the end of the current term. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Stripe’s billing portal.

- Whether additional data can be obtained or supported depends on the availability of free public data, its terms of use, API specifications, API limits and license conditions. Special data integrations, custom data shaping or enterprise custom implementations may require a separate quote or individual handling.
- Local CSV and the Encrypted Workspace stay in files on your device under your control; they are not received by us or handed to any AI. Keeping the files and passphrases safe is your responsibility.
- Data from FRED, World Bank, OECD, IMF, BIS, EIA, CFTC and central banks is subject to each provider’s terms of use. Values may not match across sources due to source, update timing or revisions.
- No prorated refund, adjustment or reduction is made for mid-term cancellation, plan change, suspension or unused periods. A plan change triggers a new charge for the target plan. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Stripe’s billing portal.
- Prices and plan contents may change without notice. Payment is processed via Stripe.
