02 — Price and fees

Price, delivery charges, and other fees

Price
The amount displayed on each product page or in the relevant quotation, inclusive of consumption tax. Displayed prices may be amended without prior notice in response to changes in supply cost, shipping costs, and other circumstances.
Fees other than the price
Delivery charges, settlement fees, cash-on-delivery fees, bank-transfer fees, and any other charge displayed on a per-transaction basis.
Delivery charges (by region & size)
Goods are dispatched as standard via Yamato Transport’s Takkyubin service, and the rates below apply as a general rule (tax inclusive). Size is measured by the sum of three sides (length + width + height), subject to a separate weight limit. The final figure is presented before the order is confirmed.
Size / Weight Kanto · Chubu · Kansai Tohoku · Chugoku · Shikoku Kyushu · Hokkaido Okinawa
Size 60 / up to 2 kg ¥1,100¥1,200¥1,400¥1,800
Size 80 / up to 5 kg ¥1,400¥1,500¥1,700¥2,300

Size 140 / up to 20 kg ¥2,500¥2,700¥3,100¥4,000
* The above is a standard reference. Where another carrier is requested — including Sagawa Express or Japan Post — actual costs are charged in accordance with the carrier’s tariff. Additional charges may apply to delivery destinations on outlying islands or in remote areas. Cool delivery, time-window designation, and cash on delivery incur separate optional fees.
Sale formats for financial and market publications
While offered for sale, daily market publications, specialist analytical or explanatory articles including global-macro reports, and Back Issues may be purchased individually from their product pages regardless of subscription status. A Bundle combining a daily publication with a specialist article or other products may also be purchased by one-time payment. Monthly, annual, and other all-access plans are optional recurring products granting access to multiple publications within the displayed term and coverage. An Individual Purchase, Bundle, and subscription with the same coverage receive the same body for the same issue, language, and edition. Editorial content is not personalised by purchase channel.
Publication, bundle, and subscription prices
The tax-inclusive individual price of a daily publication, specialist analytical article, or Back Issue, the discounted price of a Bundle, and the monthly, annual, or other subscription fee are displayed on the relevant product page, plan page, and checkout. Price, coverage, sale period, and discount conditions may differ by product.

03 — Payment methods and timing

Methods of payment and timing of payment

Payment methods
From the following, customers select the method made available for the specific transaction: credit-card payment processed through a payment-service provider such as Stripe, bank transfer, online payment methods, cash on delivery, and invoice-based settlement for businesses. Credit-card payment accepts the major international brands — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and similar.
Bank account for remittance (for bank transfer)
PayPay Bank (Bank code: 0033)
Branch: Business Sales Division (Branch code: 005)
Account type: Ordinary deposit (Futsu)
Account number: 3440221
Account holder: エスジーグループスガワラレオ (SG Group Sugawara Reo)
* The bank-transfer fee is to be borne by the customer. Please enter the order number (or your name) at the time of remittance.
Timing of payment
For credit-card and online payments, payment is taken at the time the order is confirmed. For bank transfers, payment is to be made within seven days of order confirmation. For cash on delivery, payment is made at the time the goods are delivered. For invoice settlement, payment is to be made by the due date stated on the invoice.
Timing for services (development, marketing, etc.)
In line with the due dates set out in the relevant service contract. Typical structures are a two-stage payment — a deposit at contract execution and the balance on delivery — or monthly settlement.
Agreement at checkout
At a Stripe or other checkout designated by the operator, a purchase cannot be completed unless the purchaser reviews the Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, this Notice, and the applicable product, plan, automatic-renewal, refund, and cancellation conditions and completes the prescribed affirmative consent action, such as checking the agreement box. The consent action and payment submission constitute express electronic agreement to the displayed conditions.
Consent and transaction records
The affirmative consent action, applicable terms version, time, transaction identifier, customer identifier, selected plan, payment result, IP address, device or browser information, and other information lawfully recorded by the operator or the payment-service provider may be retained and used as evidence of the application, contract formation, agreed terms, billing, and dispute handling. To the extent permitted by law, failure to open a link or read every provision is not a ground for denying the effectiveness of consent.
Recurring billing and automatic renewal
Monthly, annual, and other recurring paid services renew automatically at the billing interval displayed on the applicable product page, plan page, or checkout screen until the purchaser completes the prescribed cancellation procedure, and the registered payment method is charged automatically. The purchaser is responsible for monitoring and managing the next billing date, plan, billing interval, and payment method.
Subscription-management portal
The purchaser may access the operator-designated Stripe customer portal at any time and, to the extent made available in the portal, change, adjust, and manage subscriptions, payment methods, billing information, plans, and cancellation. The purchaser must complete any required procedure before the next renewal date.
When cancellation is complete
Cancellation becomes effective when the customer portal displays a status such as “cancel at period end” or “cancelled” and that status is reflected in the records of the operator or Stripe. Non-use of the service, closing a screen, requesting account deletion, stopping or changing a card, merely sending an email, or making an oral statement does not replace the prescribed cancellation procedure.
Mid-term cancellation and proration
Cancellation during a paid term stops a future automatic renewal and does not result in a prorated refund, prorated adjustment, credit, carry-forward, set-off, term extension, or other financial adjustment for the unused portion of the paid term. Except where required by law or expressly stated on the checkout screen or in an individual agreement, access continues until the end of the paid term and the fee for that term is non-refundable.
Plan changes and cancellation of the former plan
A plan change may require a new application or an immediate new payment for the destination plan. Unless the change screen expressly states that the former plan will be terminated automatically, changing plans does not cancel the former plan and the purchaser must cancel it separately. No prorated adjustment, refund of overlap, refund of the difference, set-off, or cancellation of charges is made for any period in which the former and new plans coexist.
Forgotten cancellation and duplicate subscriptions
Where a billing cycle is reached because the purchaser forgot to cancel the former plan, misunderstood the renewal date, failed to confirm completion of cancellation, subscribed more than once using multiple email addresses or customer accounts, or did not use the service, the renewal and duplicate charges are non-refundable. When changing plans, the purchaser must remember to confirm cancellation of the former plan. This is subject to any refund required by mandatory law.
Member registration for publication purchases
A persistent member account on the SG Group website is not required for an Individual Purchase, Bundle, or subscription relating to Financial & Market Publications. The purchaser supplies an email address and other necessary information at checkout for payment, receipt, access authentication, misuse prevention, and necessary communications.
Timing of payment for individual purchases, bundles, and subscriptions
An Individual Purchase or Bundle is charged once when the order is confirmed. A monthly, annual, or other Publication Plan without a free trial is first charged on application and then renews automatically at the displayed billing interval. Where a free trial applies, the plan converts after the displayed free period and the stated fee is charged to the registered payment method unless the prescribed cancellation has been completed.
Free-trial disclosure
Where a free trial is offered, the plan page or final confirmation screen presented before application states the free period, end date and time, timing of paid conversion, post-trial fee, billing interval, automatic renewal, cancellation method, cancellation deadline, and access period after cancellation.
Access authentication
The operator may use an email address, transaction identifier, Checkout Session, purchased product, subscription status, session, device or browser information, one-time code, or two-factor-authentication result to determine automatically whether access arises from an Individual Purchase, Bundle, or subscription. These data are used for entitlement and security verification, not to generate purchaser-specific articles or personalise an investment decision.

04 — Timing of delivery

Timing for the delivery of goods or services

Goods held in stock
As a general rule, shipped within three business days of payment confirmation. The delivery date varies with destination, carrier conditions, and the customer’s own arrangements.
Order-in & made-to-order items
Depending on the handling period anticipated for each item, the operator ships, as a general guideline, within fourteen to forty-five business days of payment confirmation. Supplier stock levels, production schedules, carrier conditions, and seasonal factors may cause delays. Where a material delay is foreseen, advance notice is given.
Reference delivery times
Standard transit times after dispatch are shown below. Carrier peak seasons, weather, and traffic conditions may extend these times.
  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 1 – 3 business days
  • Hokkaido, Okinawa: 2 – 5 business days
  • Outlying islands and remote areas: the carrier’s standard transit time plus 1 – 3 business days
Services (development, marketing engagements)
In line with the deadlines set out in the relevant service contract. Development engagements are delivered within a defined period after the specification is finalised; marketing engagements are delivered as monthly or transactional outputs.
Financial & Market Publications
For an Individual Purchase or Bundle, access is generally made available immediately after payment confirmation through the completion page, authentication link, or another method designated by the operator. For a Publication Plan, access corresponding to the stated term and coverage is granted after payment confirmation or commencement of a free trial. The issue itself may be delayed or omitted because of a market holiday, unsettled data, failure to satisfy quality or legal checks, system failure, or another circumstance.
Back issues
An issued Publication may remain available for later Individual Purchase or under a covered Publication Plan while the operator retains and publishes it and displays it on a product page or back-issue catalogue. Permanent sale, listing, retention, or indefinite access is not guaranteed.

05 — Returns, exchanges, cancellation & refunds

Matters relating to returns, exchanges, termination, and refund processing

As statutory cooling-off does not apply to certain mail-order transactions, the operator’s own returns and exchange policy, together with the handling of refund processing, is set out below.

Defective items / wrong dispatch
Contact the channel below within seven days of delivery. The operator bears the return shipping cost and responds by exchanging the item for an identical product or by refund. Photographs or similar evidence may be requested to verify the condition of the item.
Returns for customer reasons
Returns and exchanges based on the customer’s own reasons — including mismatched expectations, wrong size, or no longer wanted — are, as a general rule, not accepted. Owing to the nature of the goods, items that have been opened, used, processed, modified, or that lack the outer box or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Made-to-order & custom items
Custom-made items, made-to-order items, and special-order items produced to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of defect or wrong dispatch.
Order cancellation
After an order has been confirmed, the customer may cancel for any reason up until the operator begins dispatch arrangements — as a general rule, within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation is not accepted once dispatch arrangements have begun. Where the order was paid by credit card, on accepted cancellation the operator processes the refund back to the same credit card (by authorisation cancellation or a card refund), and does not refund by separate bank transfer.
Termination of service engagements
Termination of a development engagement, marketing engagement, or any other service contract follows the procedure set out in the relevant service contract. As a general rule, the fee for work performed up to the termination date and the corresponding out-of-pocket costs remain payable.
Subscriptions and digital services
Because access rights, storage or export functions, templates, calculators, dashboards, digital files, customisation, and other digital products and services are provided or commenced immediately after payment, refunds after payment completion, access grant, file provision, or commencement of work are, as a general rule, not made except where required by law or where provision becomes impossible or an obvious wrong delivery occurs for reasons clearly attributable to the operator. Mid-term cancellation, non-use, mismatch with expectations, an incompatible operating environment, third-party-service changes, updates or upgrades, forgotten cancellation of a former plan, duplicate subscriptions, or a new payment upon plan change is not a ground for refund.
Return shipping & refund method
For matters attributable to the operator (defects or wrong dispatch), return shipping is at the operator’s cost; for any exceptionally accepted return based on other reasons, return shipping is borne by the customer. Refunds are made, as a general rule, via the same route as the original payment — to the same card, or the same account. Transactions processed through a payment-service provider (such as Stripe) are refunded in accordance with that provider’s rules. Standard processing times for refunds are as follows.
  • Credit card: refunds are, as a general rule, made to the same credit card used for the original payment (refund by separate bank transfer is not made). After refund approval, the refund is processed via the payment-service provider (Stripe and the like) within 5 – 10 business days. Depending on the customer’s card-issuer cut-off date and processing cycle, an additional one to two billing cycles (up to about 60 days) may be required before the refund appears on the statement. The refund amount is, as a general rule, the price of the goods less actual costs (round-trip shipping where the item has already been dispatched, a share of payment-processing fees, and similar).
  • Bank transfer: based on the refund-account details provided by the customer, the operator initiates the transfer within 7 business days. Transfer fees are borne by the operator where the refund is attributable to the operator; otherwise they are borne by the customer (deducted from the refund amount).
  • Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer (per the above).
  • Online payment methods: processed within 5 – 14 business days in accordance with the rules of the relevant payment-service provider.
Individual publication purchases and bundles
Because an Individual Purchase or Bundle of a Financial & Market Publication supplies digital access immediately after payment, cancellation or refund for the purchaser’s own reason is not generally accepted after payment completion or access grant, except where required by law or in the case of a duplicate charge, manifest misdelivery, or inability to provide attributable to the operator. Before purchase, confirm the title, covered market date, table of contents, public section, individual price, Bundle composition, access conditions, and language.
Corrections, replacements, and withdrawal
The operator may correct typographical matters, figures, sources, translations, or revised data and replace a purchased Publication with a corrected edition of the same issue. The operator may also restrict, suspend, or discontinue sale, publication, or access for legal compliance, rights clearance, data licensing, a material error, a third-party claim, security, maintenance, or business judgement. Refund or other treatment is governed by the product-specific disclosure, the Terms of Service, and mandatory law.

06 — System requirements

Operating environments for digital and software deliverables

Digital deliverables — including web applications, business systems, websites, and software components — are designed to operate within the environment agreed for the specific engagement (supported operating systems, browsers, server requirements, dependent libraries, external APIs, and similar). Specific operating requirements, supported versions, and the contract tier required for any external service are stated for each deliverable in the specification and user manual. Output and behaviour may vary depending on the customer’s environment, the contract tier in use, and the operational status of external services.

07 — Digital financial-analysis tools & market publications

Disclosures for digital financial-analysis tools and market publications

Services covered
The operator provides analytical-support indicators, scripts, and visual studies for TradingView, MetaTrader, and other charting platforms, together with Macro Research Workbench, FX/CFD calculators, Trade Cost Calculator, Financial Templates Hub, and other digital products, templates, and calculation functions. These offerings may include technical or functional customisation, provided that such work does not involve investment advice, trading suggestions, instrument recommendations, order execution, asset management, intermediary services, or automated trading.
Non-advisory customisation
The operator may provide technical or functional customisation of display items, formulas, UI, template wording, export formats, data imports, alert conditions, code structure, and similar features based on specifications supplied by the user. The operator does not, however, customise, recommend, advise on, or optimise any trading, holding, entry, exit, profit-taking, stop-loss, instrument selection, portfolio allocation, or other investment decision according to a user’s financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, holdings, positions, trading experience, or other individual circumstances. The operator may decline or rescope a request, even after initial acceptance, where the request may constitute investment advice or another regulated financial service.
Price
The amount displayed on each product page, checkout page, quotation, or individual contract. Where a monthly plan, an annual plan, a one-off customisation fee, additional work fee, or other subscription or work condition applies, it is displayed on the relevant product page, checkout page, quotation, or individual contract.
Fees other than the price
Internet connection charges, communication charges, the usage fees of TradingView, MetaTrader, brokers, exchanges, and other third-party services, bank-transfer fees, foreign-exchange fees, and other costs are borne by the user.
Payment methods
By credit card, debit card, or another payment method supported by Stripe, or by bank transfer where individually accepted by the operator. Payment information such as the card number is obtained and processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by the operator.
Timing of provision
Public or open-source indicators for TradingView are provided through the operator’s TradingView profile, public repository, public page, or another method designated by the operator. Where an individual technical customisation is accepted, the delivery schedule, confirmation method, acceptance process, publication method, and licence conditions are displayed on the product page, quotation, or individual contract. MetaTrader files, calculators, templates, and other digital deliverables are provided by the operator’s prescribed method after payment confirmation or after the specification is finalised. This does not apply where the user has not supplied the necessary information, the specification has not been finalised, or there is a platform-side outage, review, or restriction.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until the user carries out the cancellation procedure. After cancellation, the service remains available until the expiry of the period already paid for; from the next renewal date, access is suspended and no further charge arises.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds
As these digital products and services provide or commence access rights, digital files, templates, public links, or customisation work immediately after payment, subscription fees, one-off fees, and customisation fees already paid are, as a general rule, not refunded, except where required by law or where provision has become impossible for reasons attributable to the operator. Cancellation after customisation work has begun is handled individually only to the extent remaining after deducting work already performed, external costs, payment-processing fees, and similar amounts.
System requirements
Use of products for TradingView requires the user’s own TradingView account and a supported browser environment. Use of products for MetaTrader requires MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5, a supported operating system, and a supported broker environment. Detailed operating environments are displayed on each product page.
Note on representations and reproducibility
Product pages, sample charts, screenshots, backtests, explanatory text, and other displays are intended to explain the functions of the tools, and do not indicate or guarantee future price movements, profits, win rates, or performance.
No investment advice or trading suggestion
The financial-analysis tools assist with visualisation, organisation, estimation, document drafting, and chart display based on public data or user inputs. They do not directly or indirectly instruct, suggest, recommend, solicit, or guarantee the direction, instrument, timing, price, quantity, position, entry, exit, profit target, stop loss, leverage, lot size, allocation, or expected return of a transaction. Any arrow, colour, line, alert, notification, label, marker, ranking, score, scenario, text, or figure is not a trading signal from the operator.
Limits of customisation
Customisation is limited to display items, general formulas, aggregation, conversion, input fields, export formats, data imports, UI, technical alert conditions, and code implementation. The operator does not customise a Service to formulate, improve, or optimise an investment decision concerning a particular security, currency, crypto-asset, commodity, index, or position. Implementation of a rule, formula, or condition supplied by the user does not mean that the operator approves or recommends its investment validity, profitability, suitability, or safety.
Free public TradingView indicators
The TradingView indicators published by the operator are completely free public scripts for which the operator charges no usage fee and, subject to TradingView’s terms, are available for an unspecified number of persons to view, add, or use through the SG Group TradingView profile. The user bears any third-party cost for a TradingView account, plan, market data, communications, or similar service.
Online delivery, updates, and notices
All or part of the financial tools, paid plans, calculators, templates, dashboards, storage or export functions, and other Services are provided online. With or without notice, the operator may maintain, update, upgrade, correct, replace, add, remove, suspend, or migrate functions, formulas, algorithms, data sources, displays, UI, storage methods, export formats, APIs, access conditions, plan content, usage limits, supported environments, security specifications, and any other aspect of the Services. Where advance notice is given of an update, upgrade, planned maintenance, specification change, or similar matter, publication on the notice page is the formal method of notice. Publication on that page completes notice, and the operator has no duty to provide a separate email, telephone call, in-product notice, or other individual communication, unless mandatory law or an individual agreement requires another method.
No warranty of accuracy or data sources
Every calculator, analytical tool, template, data import, translation, QA check, alert, score, graph, report, and generated document is an estimate or reference display based on inputs, general formulas, published materials, or third-party data. The operator does not warrant accuracy, completeness, currency, reproducibility, error-free operation, legal compliance, fitness for a particular purpose, conformity with professional standards, or agreement with actual trading or business results. Material uses must be independently checked against source materials, brokers, exchanges, financial institutions, public authorities, and appropriately qualified professionals.
Storage, backup, and data during updates
Even where storage, history, versioning, vault, sharing, download, or export functions are displayed, the Services are not a backup service, permanent archive, statutory book, regulatory recordkeeping system, audit trail, or disaster-recovery environment. Maintenance, updates, upgrades, data migration, incidents, suspension, cancellation, non-payment, account deletion, storage-limit overrun, or service termination may cause in-process, unsaved, or temporarily stored inputs, calculation results, generated documents, settings, history, share URLs, uploads, or other data to be lost, corrupted, overwritten, changed, or rendered unavailable. Users must regularly save, export, and back up all necessary data in their own controlled environment. Except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the operator has no obligation to provide data restoration, substitute performance, refund, reduction, term extension, re-creation, damages, or any other remedy for such data loss, corruption, overwriting, incompatibility, irrecoverability, business interruption, re-entry or re-creation cost, or third-party claim.
Business use and third-party customers
Financial Templates Hub and other Services are also intended for use by financial-media operators, financial planners, IFAs, securities firms, banks, insurers, financial institutions, and other businesses. The operator is not an adviser, fiduciary, agent, professional, or contracting party to any customer, prospect, counterparty, or principal of those businesses. The business user is solely responsible for customer explanations, suitability and appropriateness determinations, advertising and solicitation rules, internal approvals, professional review, statutory disclosures, record retention, data protection, KYC/AML, complaint handling, and verification of the final work product. Where a customer of that business or another third party suffers investment loss, lost opportunity, tax, legal, or regulatory detriment, misstatement, inadequate explanation, data breach, or other damage, the operator, to the maximum extent lawfully permitted, does not accept a demand for damages, indemnification, refund, contribution, or other relief. Where such a third party brings a claim, investigation, dispute, regulatory response, cost, or legal fee against the operator, the business user shall indemnify, defend, and hold the operator harmless to the extent permitted by law.
Publication services covered
Daily publications concerning the U.S. equity market and other markets, thematic analytical and explanatory articles including global-macro reports, features, electronic reports, Back Issues, Bundles of those products, and monthly, annual, or other all-access plans.
Individual availability and common content
Unless otherwise displayed, each daily Publication, specialist analytical article, and Back Issue offered for sale is available by Individual Purchase to non-subscribers, and a Bundle may be purchased by one-time payment. The same issue, language, and edition has the same body under Individual Purchase, Bundle, and subscription access with the same coverage, and is not differentiated by customer attribute.
Non-personalised nature of publications
The operator does not offer instrument requests, holdings or portfolio diagnosis, individual chat, market answers to individual questions, analysis for a particular person or organisation, advisory or investment-advisory agreements, or a route to such arrangements. Email, payment, subscription status, session, device information, and other customer information are used for access, payment, and security administration, not to personalise editorial content.
No investment advice or trading direction (Publications)
The public section, paid section, and specialist analytical articles are publications for general information and educational purposes explaining public information, background, economic mechanisms, historical comparison, competing interpretations, and uncertainty. They do not instruct, suggest, recommend, solicit, or guarantee a decision to buy, sell, hold, time, price, size, target, identify support or resistance, size a position, allocate assets, assess investment merit, rank recommendations, estimate expected return, assign a probability of rise or fall, or otherwise invest in a particular financial instrument.
Back issues and continued availability
A Back Issue may be supplied by Individual Purchase or under a covered Publication Plan while the operator retains and publishes it and displays it on a product page or catalogue. The operator uses reasonable efforts to maintain continuing access to purchased Publications but, unless expressly stated on the product page, does not guarantee permanent retention, sale, publication, or indefinite access.

08 — Additional online services

Disclosures for research, calculators, templates, web tools, LP fix packs, and similar services

Price
Free services are provided without charge. Paid plans, subscriptions, template functions, digital files, and external-marketplace items are priced as displayed on the relevant product page, plan page, checkout page, or external platform. Unless otherwise displayed, the LP Copy-Paste Fix Pack is a prepaid fixed-scope product priced at JPY 4,980 tax inclusive per live public URL.
Fees other than the price
Internet access charges, communication charges, browser/device/OS/external-platform charges, usage fees for TradingView, MetaTrader, brokers, exchanges, CodeSter, and other third-party services, bank-transfer fees, foreign-exchange fees, card-issuer or financial-institution charges for international payment, and taxes, duties, or import-related costs in each country are borne by the user.
Timing of provision
Free browser-based tools become available on the user’s device once the page has loaded. Paid subscriptions are granted by the operator’s prescribed method after payment confirmation. Template generation and export are provided immediately or as displayed in the interface, within the feature scope of the relevant plan. The LP Copy-Paste Fix Pack is delivered by email, as a general guideline within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of the application-form information. Items on external marketplaces such as CodeSter are provided in accordance with the display and terms of the relevant external platform.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds
Due to their nature, digital access, downloads, template outputs, browser tools, and subscriptions are, as a general rule, non-refundable after payment completion, access grant, file provision, or commencement of work, except where required by law or where provision becomes impossible or an obvious wrong delivery occurs for reasons attributable to the operator. For the LP Copy-Paste Fix Pack, cancellation before work begins is refunded less actual costs; after work has begun, cancellation and refund are not accepted except for system defects, wrong target URL, corrupted file, or another obvious deficiency attributable to the operator.
No professional advice
The operator’s research tools, calculators, templates, indicators, audits, reports, explanations, and support are not investment advice, buy/sell signals, legal, tax, accounting, audit, advertising-review, medical, KYC/AML, compliance, or other professional advice requiring qualification.
Entry of third-party data
Where the user enters, stores, imports, generates, shares, or submits information concerning a customer, prospect, counterparty, or other third party, the user must establish all necessary rights, notices, consents, legal bases, processing agreements, cross-border-transfer measures, confidentiality, and safeguards. Unnecessary confidential information, financial-account credentials, identity documents, unpublished transaction information, or sensitive data must not be entered. The operator does not become an adviser, fiduciary, agent, or professional to that third party merely because the user submits third-party data.
Review before publication or submission
Templates, generated documents, translations, QA checks, audit results, and reports are editable drafts or workflow aids. Before publication, customer presentation, contractual use, regulatory submission, or operational reliance, the user must verify facts, figures, proper names, citations, law, disclosure duties, risk explanations, disclaimers, translations, and final wording and obtain any required professional and internal approvals.
International transactions & language
For use from outside Japan, the user must verify the laws, taxes, import/export controls, sanctions, consumer-protection rules, financial regulations, and advertising regulations of the user’s own location and country of residence. This page is prepared with English as the controlling language and Japanese as a convenience translation. In the event of inconsistency, the English text prevails except where mandatory law requires a Japanese-language disclosure to prevail.

09 — Important notes

Important notes on the nature of the services

Statement on the scope of goods handled

The goods handled by the operator are limited to new lifestyle goods, stationery, paper goods, clothing, general-purpose items, and the merchandise that the operator handles in connection with its principal operations. Secondhand, refurbished, repaired, and disassembled or partial items are not handled.

The following are not handled — neither at present nor as part of any future plan.

  • Home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, cooking appliances, daily-life appliances, AV equipment, and similar)
  • Personal computers, smartphones, tablets, and their peripherals and related devices
  • Cameras, lenses, binoculars, flashes, and other optical equipment and photographic gear
  • Hobby items, toys, figures, scale models, board games, and collectables
  • Wristwatches, branded accessories, precious metals, jewellery, and other high-risk items requiring authenticity verification or individual review
  • Apparel, printed goods, and merchandise produced by print-on-demand (POD) or any other on-demand manufacturing method
  • Weapons, ammunition, firearms and blades, explosives, controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, hazardous materials, and live items
  • Counterfeit goods, unauthorised copies, and inventory of unattributed origin
  • Any other goods whose sale or handling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law

Statement on the Secondhand Goods Business licence

The operator does not, at present, hold a Secondhand Goods Dealer licence under Japan’s Secondhand Goods Business Act. As stated above, the goods handled are limited to new items; the operator does not undertake the repeated and continuous purchasing and resale of secondhand goods that would fall within the scope of the Act.

Statement on qualified-invoice issuer registration

The operator is not, at present, registered as a qualified-invoice issuer (so-called “Invoice Issuer”) under Japan’s Consumption Tax Act.
